The house

The home has an open living area with a seating area and a 40-inch smart TV with Roku, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cookware, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, stovetop, blender, coffee maker and toaster. The dining area seats four. Two private patios provide a grill, outdoor dining and lounge space. The primary suite has a California king bed, private patio access, a large closet and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, with a dedicated workspace among them. Linens, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and in-home laundry with a washer and dryer are provided.
