The estate includes a pool with a lazy river, rock water slide, swim-up bar and two grotto seating areas. A private spa sits behind a waterfall in one grotto, and a sand beach and hammock form part of the outdoor setting. Outdoor facilities include a kitchen with a gas grill, a covered patio living room with a fireplace, a dining table, and a putting green within the gated turnaround driveway. The detached casita houses a private dry sauna. Indoors, open living areas accompany a fully equipped kitchen, a media room adjacent to the fourth bedroom, and a game room with ping pong, a pool table, shuffleboard, darts, an arcade game, a flat-screen TV and a universal workout station. Pickleball and basketball are also available.

Shops and restaurants along Sunrise Way are within walking distance. The attached casita connects directly to the main house and has private access from the pool deck. The detached casita has a private entrance across the pool bridge and shares its building with the dry sauna. The fourth bedroom is at the east end of the home past the kitchen, connected to the media room and game room; its shower bathroom is outside on the pool deck. A powder room is off the front living room.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old; proof of age is required. Maximum overnight occupancy is eight guests.
