Built by Alexander in 1965 and remodeled in a Hacienda Resort Ranch style, the home has two living areas, two dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a wet bar. The first living room has two sofas and a dining table for six. The second has a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen has black granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and an eat-in table, with direct access to the covered outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ. The backyard has a greenery-covered privacy wall, chaise lounges, a shaded dining table for six and a fire pit. Bedrooms have closets, flatscreen TVs and access to ensuite or hall bathrooms.
