Built by Alexander in 1965 and remodeled in a Hacienda Resort Ranch style, the home has two living areas, two dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a wet bar. The first living room has two sofas and a dining table for six. The second has a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen has black granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and an eat-in table, with direct access to the covered outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ. The backyard has a greenery-covered privacy wall, chaise lounges, a shaded dining table for six and a fire pit. Bedrooms have closets, flatscreen TVs and access to ensuite or hall bathrooms. Linens, towels, essentials, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided. P.S. City ID #036618.

The home is in the Oasis Del Sol neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping, bars, cafes and entertainment are minutes away. Palm Canyon Drive is a short drive away.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required.
