No pets. No smoking. No overnight street parking for vehicles or trailers. Boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, campers, and recreational vehicles must be parked in the garage or designated parking areas. Use only designated, completed community roads and pathways and avoid active construction areas. Guest discounts at Southern Utah attractions and dining arrive within 48 hours of booking; the concierge team can arrange tee times, a private chef or an in-home massage. Trailer, RV and boat parking is available on the back side of Canterbury Road.

Stairs are required to reach the second-floor casita. One pool-facing balcony is shared with the main house when booked separately. Nearby community construction is ongoing; use only designated, completed roads and pathways and avoid active construction areas. Amenities remain available.
