House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors; music audible at the property line violates the city ordinance. Daytime people noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. Up to two pets are permitted. A two-night minimum stay applies. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout by 10:00; different times may be requested, subject to availability.
Getting there
Palm Desert Country Club, open to the public, is one mile west. Indian Wells Tennis Garden and its BNP Paribas Open are less than one mile south. El Paseo Shopping District, with shops, dining and art galleries, is five miles west. The area is surrounded by the San Jacinto mountains and desert.
