House rules
Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. The damage deposit is 500.00 EUR. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.

Platja de Gandia is 0.5 km away. The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift; internal stairs lead to the upper level. Grao de Gandia train station is 0.6 km away and the bus stop is 0.2 km away.
