The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a furnished balcony. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed and ample wardrobes. The windowed bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and WC. One bedroom does not have air conditioning; one bedroom and the living room face the street.

Wi-Fi, television, an iron, fans and a hairdryer are provided. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Parking is available, with published dimensions of length 4.60 and width 2.50.

Desenzano del Garda lies on the southern shore of Lake Garda in the province of Brescia. Local sights include the Roman Villa remains, the 10th-century castle and the old harbour. The area offers beaches, windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing, with Sirmione, Salò, Maderno and Gardone Riviera as further destinations around the lake. Verona airport is 40 minutes away by car; Desenzano railway station is five minutes away.
