Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from €20 to €40. A tourist tax may be requested on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations. Getting there
The studio is on the second floor, a few steps from the town centre, beach and lake. Verona airport is 40 minutes away by car; Desenzano railway station is five minutes away.
