The house

The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen opening onto a furnished balcony, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample wardrobes. The windowed bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and WC. One bedroom and the living room face the street.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available, but the kitchen has no air conditioning. Equipment includes a television, iron and hairdryer. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and juicer. Parking dimensions are length 4.60 and width 2.50.

Desenzano del Garda lies on the southern shore of Lake Garda in the province of Brescia. Local attractions include the Roman Villa remains, the 10th-century castle, the old harbour and four beaches. Activities in the area include windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing. Nearby destinations include Sirmione, Salò, Maderno and Gardone Riviera. Verona airport is 40 minutes away by car, and Desenzano railway station is five minutes away.
