Guests must be at least 18. Guest rooms are non-smoking; patios and outdoor areas are also non-smoking except in designated areas. Smoking or vaping inside a guest room incurs a $250 cleaning fee. No glass is permitted in the pool or pool-deck area, and noise or music should be kept down after 10:00 p.m. Unregistered guests need prior permission to use the pool; day passes are not offered. Certified ADA service animals are allowed free of charge. Certified emotional-support animals are allowed with advance notice and a $100 pet fee. Extra-person charge: $60 per person per night. A $24 daily fee covers resort amenities. Rates are subject to a 12.7% local government room tax. Each reservation requires a one-night advance payment; the balance is charged on arrival. Early departure is non-refundable. Cancellations at least 14 days before arrival receive a full refund of the advance payment; cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit it. Missing in-room bathrobes incur a $100 charge; bathrobes are available for purchase at the front desk. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
