The home is opposite MONA, with views across the Derwent River and towards Hobart, about 20 minutes from the city. The ground-level open-plan kitchen, dining and living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island, dining table, sofas, TV and fireplace. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave and coffee maker.

Four patios provide outdoor space. A spacious riverside patio has a BBQ and outdoor dining setting, while a front verandah overlooks trees and landscaped gardens. The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, ensuite with a walk-in shower and a private waterfront balcony. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, each with a queen bed and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub; soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer are provided.

Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, heating, an iron, and downstairs laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer are available. Free undercover parking accommodates one car.
