## About the house

The home accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms. The living area has a leather lounge, armchairs, a wall-mounted TV, a wood fireplace, split-system air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Heating is provided throughout, with a wall panel heater in each bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with stools, a Nespresso machine, oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. A round dining table provides indoor dining space.

The upper deck has outdoor dining and seating overlooking the Derwent River and surrounding hills. The covered lower deck has a gas BBQ and outdoor lounge beside leafy gardens. A private backyard includes a generous lawn.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, private TV, ensuite and direct access to the lower deck. Bedroom 2 has a king bed; bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed. Bedroom 4 also opens onto the lower deck. There are two full bathrooms: the primary ensuite has a bath-and-shower combination, and the main bathroom has a walk-in shower.

A concealed laundry contains a washing machine. Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and an iron are available. The home has a private entrance, a smoke detector, and free parking for two vehicles in the driveway and carport. Walking trails, lookouts, beaches and dining are a short drive away.
