House rules

Maximum occupancy is nine people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations exceeding eight days require an arranged In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays of thirty nights or more are non-refundable; additional cleaning and payment are arranged by the Reservation Team. Reservation confirmation requires electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due at booking and the remaining balance 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Early check-in and late check-out require text authorization from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.

Getting there

Ski access and the gondola are a short walk away; the gondola is one block away. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The home spans four levels and has an elevator. Parking is limited to one car.
