## About the house

The annex accommodates four guests in compact indoor spaces. The living area has a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs; a mezzanine has a double futon bed. There is an equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, moka pot, fridge and freezer, and an indoor bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and mosquito nets are available.

A covered terrace at the entrance has a large dining table overlooking the pool and garden. Guests can also use an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The large garden, in-ground swimming pool and sunbathing areas with loungers, cushions and a gazebo are shared with the owners. An outdoor bathroom and shower have cold water only. Two dogs and two cats live at the villa. The shared pool opens from 31 May to 17 October, from 09:00 to 19:00.

The villa is in a residential area of villas in the newer part of Syracuse, close to the north exit for the Catania motorway. Catania Fontanarossa airport is 58 km away and Comiso Pio La Torre airport is 108 km away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window ends at 20:00; its start is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be requested on arrival or a few days before arrival, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
