House rules
No smoking; no events or parties; pets are not accepted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. A refundable €800 per-reservation deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation. The concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €18 per reservation; single-bed linen €14 per reservation; final cleaning €55 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. Linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate arrival time. In low season, arrival and departure times may be arranged flexibly with the agency.
Getting there
Kermil Beach is 1.5 km away; Kerveltrec Beach is 2 km away. The adjoining part of the house may be occupied by the owners. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet is available; domestic outlets should not be used for vehicle charging.
