Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.

The apartment is on the ninth floor with lift access. Genova Brignole station is 450 m away and Genoa airport is 8.7 km away.
