## About the house

Deja Blu has been redecorated with tropical finishes and decor. Ceiling fans and air conditioning serve both bedrooms and the living areas. The first floor contains the atrium, living and dining areas, kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and a sunset-facing study with a desk and sofa. The living and dining areas open onto a fully screened, two-story atrium with vaulted ceilings. Upstairs are two bedroom suites, each with a private balcony, waterfront views, and an ensuite bathroom. The primary suite has a king bed, television, private balcony, air conditioning with remote, ceiling fan, and ensuite shower. The guest suite has two full beds, television, private balcony, air conditioning with remote, ceiling fan, and an ensuite with shower bath. Two bikes and three kayaks—one single and two tandem kayaks—are included for use during the stay with a signed waiver. The Island Houses have a shared pool and dock at the end of Cayman Kai Cove. The property is directly across from Rum Point Club Beach, and Rum Point Beach, the Rum Point Resort, Kaibo, its marina, and Starfish Point are nearby. The marina has daily ferry service to Camana Bay.

A shared community freshwater pool overlooks the bioluminescent bay; the Island Houses also have a shared dock.

Rum Point Club Beach is directly across the street. Guests can stroll across for a barefoot beach experience, snorkeling and shaded hammocks. The cove is suitable for kayaking and paddleboarding but is not ideal for swimming because of its soft muddy bottom. Two bikes and three kayaks are included with a signed waiver; additional tandem kayaks and paddleboards, as well as cruiser bikes, are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver. Kaibo and its marina are a short bike ride south on Water Cay Road. Starfish Point is just beyond the marina. Daily ferry service departs from the marina to Camana Bay.

No pets are permitted. No smoking is allowed. Use of the included bikes and kayaks requires a signed waiver. A cleaning fee is included for enhanced cleaning, sanitation and inspection protocols.
