The house

Deerfield Hideaway accommodates up to ten guests on a secluded, tree-shaded 2.3-acre property. The living room has a usable fireplace, and the kitchen includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite countertops, a stove and microwave. A breakfast nook and formal dining table provide separate dining areas.

The finished basement has a billiards table, wet bar and full sound system. Outside are a large deck with lounge chairs, a private in-ground pool, barbecue grill, oversized backyard and basketball hoop. Bed linens, bath towels, hot water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer are provided.

The five bedrooms contain one king bed, two queen beds and four twin beds in total. There are four full bathrooms. Ocean beaches and Southampton are less than 15 minutes away, and Bridgehampton is 12 minutes away.

The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, on-site operations and guest communication after booking. A StayMarquis Guest Experience Manager can help facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or arranging a private chef.
