Reservations require approval before confirmation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. If the property is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates if payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
