The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. The property manager must meet you within the first 24 hours after arrival to review applicable local ordinances and stay rules. Optional pool/spa heating costs $50/day and must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival; contact Guest Services to request and submit payment.
