## About the house

The home accommodates 16 guests across six bedrooms on the second, third and fourth floors. Mid-century and contemporary interiors include a main living area with double-height ceilings, large windows, a stone gas fireplace and television. The ground-level entertainment area has foosball, a wet bar, a game table and a theater area.

The main-level kitchen has an island seating six, with a separate dining table for ten. A further lounge has a fireplace and wet bar. Outdoors are balconies, decks, a grill, a dining table for eight and an in-ground hot tub beside a natural-stone waterfall feature. Other facilities include a fitness studio, a heated steam room/shower, an elevator, a secluded office, a washer and dryer, and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials.

Two second-floor bedrooms have king and queen beds respectively and share a balcony. The third floor has two king primary bedrooms and a bunk bedroom with two twin-over-queen bunk beds. The fourth-floor king bedroom includes a kitchenette. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The fourth-floor ski room has lockers, a fireplace and ski-in/ski-out access. Parking consists of a two-car garage and heated driveway spaces for three vehicles; the walkway is also heated.

Deer Valley’s slopes are seconds away and downtown Park City is minutes away. Exit the fourth-floor ski room and ski down to the Jordanelle Gondola or Mountaineer Lift; return via the Jordanelle. Deertrail Ski Run is also accessible from the ski room.

Maximum nighttime occupancy is 16. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm and complete the reservation. Minimum stays: five nights October 27–December 21, 2026; seven nights December 22, 2026–January 1, 2027; five nights January 2, 2027–March 31, 2028.
