The living room includes a large smart TV and Sony sound bar. A separate dining area connects through sliding glass doors to an uncovered deck with dining furniture, an umbrella and lounge seating. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, wine refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
