## About the house

Decoy accommodates up to 11 guests in four bedrooms, with three queen beds, one double bed and three twin beds. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Level 2 has three bedrooms: an oceanside room with a queen and twin bed, an oceanside room with a double and twin bed, and a room with a queen and twin bed. This level also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a half bathroom, and covered and open decks. Level 3 has a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a standing shower, a great room, kitchen, dining area, private den and open decks.

The decks offer ocean views and outdoor furniture. A private walkway leads directly to the beach and is designated as having no steps. Outdoor facilities include an outdoor shower, five beach chairs, gas and charcoal grills, and a basketball hoop. Community amenities include beach and soundside access.

The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable and streaming TV, municipal water and a telephone. Keyless entry is available.

Shops, restaurants and activities are accessible in Duck and Corolla. Duck Village shopping, dining and attractions are within biking distance of the Sand Hills community.
