A large entrance hall connects the separate kitchen and living room. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, juicer and moka coffee maker. The living room has a double sofa bed, dining table, television and stereo system.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed and smart TV. The second has two single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed on request, plus a television. There is one bathroom with two shower stalls and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and DVD player are available.

The apartment is in central Sanremo near the beaches and Ariston Theater. Sanremo train station is 500 m away. Nice Airport is approximately one hour and ten minutes away by car; Genoa Airport is less than two hours away by car.
