House rules
Maximum occupancy is 23. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances because of the homeowner’s allergy. Final homeowner approval and completion of the required electronic Terms and Conditions are necessary to confirm a reservation. A credit card preauthorization of $5,600.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team and are non-refundable. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Beaver Creek InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
The home is in a private gated community. Private ski-in/ski-out access is via Owners Ski Way and depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to three cars. Only the grand-room fireplace and fireplaces in two bedrooms are operational. Complimentary outdoor pool access is at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, away from the home.
