# Daybreak Lodge at Bachelor Gulch Avon, Colorado, United States (general area) ## About the house Daybreak Lodge spans 10,373 square feet in a private gated community, with mountain views, vaulted ceilings, large windows and a stone fireplace in the main living area. The main level has a chef’s kitchen, adjoining open living spaces, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and large patios. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, cookware and dishes. A grill, washer, dryer, heating, linens and towels are provided. The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, deck and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and mountain views. Two guest bedrooms each have a king bed and ensuite bathroom; another has two full beds and an ensuite, and another has three twin beds and an ensuite. A further bedroom has two queen beds. The lower-level bunk room has three bunk beds providing six sleeping places. The apartment bedroom has a full bed, kitchenette, living area and ensuite bathroom. Only the grand-room fireplace and fireplaces in two bedrooms are operational. The lower-level recreation area includes a bar, game tables, shuffleboard and a pool table, with access to outdoor living spaces. A separate movie room has two four-seat couches, a smart TV and access to a patio with a firepit. There is a private sauna and outdoor hot tub. The ski room includes boot dryers, cubbies, bench seating and a standalone shower. Private ski-in/ski-out access connects to Beaver Creek Resort via Owners Ski Way, subject to snow, weather and resort operations. Hiking and biking trails are immediately accessible in summer, with tennis and other outdoor activities also available. Guests have complimentary access to the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch outdoor pool, away from the home. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items.
