House rules
Maximum occupancy is 13. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval from InvitedHome; notify the team at booking and submit animal details by text message or email. Approved pets incur a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee per animal and $50/night rental fee per animal. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local team address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays of at least 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Beaver Creek InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to three cars. Complimentary outdoor pool access is at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch.
