House rules
Minimum rental age is 21. Pets are not allowed. Mandatory parking costs $37.89 per car, with a maximum of two vehicles, payable to the HOA upon arrival. Resort, parking and amenity fees are paid directly to the HOA upon arrival. Register on arrival to receive pool/gym bands; up to six bands are issued for a one-bedroom unit. Return the bands before departure. Overnight occupancy is limited to four guests. For bookings made 31 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 30 days, full payment is due. Cancellations 14 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable; cancellations 15–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund; cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a refund of advance payments. Extended stays require at least 30 nights and cannot be booked online.
Getting there
The condo is on the third floor and requires stairs; there are no elevators. Guests with limited mobility should consider the stairs and parking arrangements. The Dawn is on Seawall, just west of 69th Street, with views toward Babe's Beach. Parking is limited to two vehicles.
