House rules

The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation guest count or the maximum of eight. Stays are temporary; permanent residency is prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require reservation authorization. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Subject to booking-channel terms, applicable charges include damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; governmental, utility or HOA fines plus related damages; and a late-departure fee of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may result in removal without refund. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for correction. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Unit-specific terms override the general terms; conflicting booking-channel terms take precedence.

Getting there

The central living space is upstairs, with a second living room downstairs. The yard is not fully fenced. A nature path and a walk down to the spit provide outdoor exploration.
