## About the house

Das Strandhaus accommodates up to 12 guests. The open-plan living area has comfortable seating, a large TV and natural light. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large island with bar seating; two dining tables provide space for meals and games.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, private balcony and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has six twin single beds. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided. In-home laundry includes a washer and dryer.

Outdoor spaces include pond-view balconies, a ground-level patio and a grill. Covered parking includes a one-car garage. Guests have access to the Bella Vista community pool and hot tub, with a waterfall feature, loungers and shaded seating beside the water.

The beach and downtown Port Aransas are a short drive away. Restaurants, shops and fishing charters are within easy reach. Access to the home is by stairs only, with no elevator.
