House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight. The primary guest must be at least 21 and present for the entire reservation. Parties, events and smoking are prohibited. Shooting firearms or weaponry on the property is prohibited. Bring your own fire-pit supplies, extinguish flames and coals after every use, and comply with county burn bans. Do not tamper with exterior security cameras. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available underneath the sink. Up to two pets, each no more than 30 lbs, are permitted for an additional $100 per pet; clean up after them. Pets must not enter the pool or hot tub area; a $500 fine applies if a pet enters the pool. The outdoor pool is unheated. Use the pool and hot tub at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty. Supervise children under 16 at all times. No diving, food, trash, glass, foaming additives, bath balms or foreign chemicals in the pool and hot tub area. Do not tamper with pool or hot tub equipment. Fees may apply for equipment tampering, food or trash, and glass.

Getting there

Luckenbach is 3.4 miles away. The home is just outside downtown Fredericksburg, near the Texas Wine Trail. A couple of owner closets are excluded from guest access. Exterior security cameras are present.
