The hotel is in Pertisau at about 950 metres above sea level, between the Rofan and Karwendel mountains. The lake and the nearest mountain railway are a few minutes' walk away. The hotel has a restaurant and rooms and suites with balconies overlooking the Karwendel mountains or Lake Achensee. The spa includes saunas at different temperatures, a steam bath and Physiotherm infrared cabins. The panoramic indoor pool is heated to 30°C. A fitness room has Life Fitness equipment.
