House rules

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Parties, antisocial behaviour and smoking are prohibited. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. A breach of house rules may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed after booking before check-in details are released. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional unspecified charge; booking the preceding or additional night, subject to availability, is the suggested way to guarantee extended access. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for belongings. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items may be returned to an address within Australia subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.

Getting there

Darwin CBD attractions, dining precincts and waterfront areas are within walking distance. Darwin International Airport is a short drive away; taxis and rideshare services connect the airport and CBD. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
