House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur a $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaching house rules may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed after booking before check-in details are released. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges; reserving the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee extended access, subject to availability. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items may be returned within Australia subject to postage and service fees.
Getting there
The building is undergoing refurbishment, with completion expected in the second half of 2026. Some images include digital furniture and styling; final furnishings, finishes and details may vary slightly. Darwin Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
