The apartment is on the third floor of a traditional building without an elevator. White walls and soft blue accents frame a living area with a dining table, double sofa bed and TV. The kitchen has a cooktop, fridge, freezer, small oven, coffee machine and moka pot.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV, with a window overlooking Porto Piccolo. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer. Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine and an iron are available.

Guests have access to a shared terrace on the second floor, furnished with sofas, tables and chairs, with views over the rooftops and Porto Piccolo.

Ortigia is a short walk away across the bridge. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is about 60 km away, and Comiso Pio La Torre Airport is 110 km away. Syracuse train station is near the airport bus terminal and a 10-minute walk from Ortigia. Local experiences can be arranged by contacting the team.
