The house

The studio accommodates two guests and has white walls with soft blue accents. Its sleeping area contains a queen-size bed, wardrobe, TV and small table. A glass entrance door, window and balcony bring in light; the balcony overlooks the Darsena with a glimpse of the Ortea Palace.

The fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, small oven, coffee machine, moka pot and kettle. The bathroom has a window, shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the sleeping area, heating and an iron are available.

A terrace on the same floor is shared with guests staying upstairs. It is furnished with sofas, tables and chairs and has views over Syracuse's rooftops and Porto Piccolo. The apartment is on the second floor of a traditional building without an elevator. Ortigia is a short walk away across the bridge. Local experiences can be arranged on request.
