## About the house

Darlana House accommodates up to six guests. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has one single bunk-bed unit. All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity, with a separate toilet. Two lounge areas include a smart TV, flat-screen TV and indoor fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. Heating, a ceiling fan and a smoke detector are provided. Outdoors are a deck for dining, BBQ grill, garden fire pit and fully fenced, enclosed yard. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.

Only small dogs are permitted because the fence height is unsuitable for large dogs.

Linen is not provided; linen hire is available. Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Forced moves in days may apply over peak times, subject to the terms and conditions.
