Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed except in the designated smoking area. Animals are allowed subject to the stated restrictions and request process. Twin beds can be adjusted into a double bed upon request, subject to availability and written confirmation at least one week before arrival. The €400 refundable security deposit is required.
