The historic centre of Castellammare del Golfo is about 4 km away and the beaches are 10 minutes away. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 7 km away. Access includes 800 m of unpaved road in good condition. Parking is inside the property.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Extra guests are not covered beyond the maximum guest limit stated in the booking. Pets are allowed; mandatory extra cleaning applies in case of animals.
