The pool is on a higher terrace than the house and can be reached by a short ramp of steps or by a path with a few steps.

The property is in San Venanzo, on the slopes of Mount Peglia. Marsciano is 8 km away, Todi 22 km, Perugia 38 km and Orvieto 46 km. The E45 Marsciano-Collepepe exit is 10 km away. The access roads are paved up to the entrance, and a paved ramp leads to the house. The property has five outdoor parking spaces. The pool is on a higher terrace and is reached by steps or a path with a few steps.

This is a private structure available by lease only. Pets are allowed. The property is fenced. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
