The home has three king bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a third-level loft with two full-over-full bunk beds, a flatscreen TV and Nintendo Switch. Two second-level bedrooms share a balcony. The rooftop deck has a fire table, seating, and a patio table and chairs. An electric fireplace, smart TVs without live channels, BBQ grill and utensils, board games, coffee makers, cookware, ceiling fans, a carbon monoxide detector, and a private entrance are provided.
A booster seat and Pack 'n Play are available. Recreation equipment includes two paddleboards, pickleball paddle sets, beach chairs, sand toys, cornhole and Spikeball. A stacked washer and dryer are provided. The community has six pickleball courts. Recreation equipment, golf carts and cabanas can be rented on-site. Resort events rotate and may include rooftop yoga, children’s crafts, food truck nights and pool or lagoon movies; check the current schedule.
