The home has three king bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a third-level loft with two full-over-full bunk beds, a flatscreen TV and Nintendo Switch. Two second-level bedrooms share a balcony. The rooftop deck has a fire table, seating, and a patio table and chairs. An electric fireplace, smart TVs without live channels, BBQ grill and utensils, board games, coffee makers, cookware, ceiling fans, a carbon monoxide detector, and a private entrance are provided. A booster seat and Pack 'n Play are available. Recreation equipment includes two paddleboards, pickleball paddle sets, beach chairs, sand toys, cornhole and Spikeball. A stacked washer and dryer are provided. The community has six pickleball courts. Recreation equipment, golf carts and cabanas can be rented on-site. Resort events rotate and may include rooftop yoga, children’s crafts, food truck nights and pool or lagoon movies; check the current schedule. Local discounts include Crush Golf + Grill, Jellystone Park, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, Pizza Factory, Café Sabor, ATV and bike rentals and children’s activities; codes arrive within 48 hours of booking. Concierge assistance can arrange golf tee times, private chefs and in-home massages.

Entry to Springs Social Spa requires the provided key fob.

The home spans multiple levels, with two bedrooms on the second level and a loft and deck on the third level. Ongoing construction is nearby in the Desert Color community; use only designated, completed roads and pathways and avoid active construction areas. Resort amenities remain available. Zion National Park is 54 miles away, Tuacahn Amphitheatre 15 miles, STG Airport 10 miles, Crush Golf + Grill 1 mile, Sand Hollow 20 miles, Sun River Golf Club 3 miles, and Jellystone Adventure Park 22 miles.
