## About the house

This architecturally designed, split-level two-story home accommodates up to 10 guests. The upper floor has an open-plan main living area leading to a covered balcony, with coastal views by day and views of the Surfers Paradise city lights at night. Downstairs, a second open living area has a built-in wet bar and opens onto an alfresco patio and private grassed area.

The bedrooms contain one king bed, two queen beds and two single beds; a sofa bed is in the living room. There are three bathrooms and a bathtub. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. Other facilities include a BBQ grill, TV, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer and private entrance.

Sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are included, with triple-sheeted beds. Hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid and cleaning spray are supplied, along with a starter pack of bin liners, dishwasher tablets, cloth wipes and toilet paper. Guests on longer stays may need to replenish these supplies and should bring personal toiletries.

The home is close to the surf breaks at the Alley and an estuary inlet for stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, kayaking and swimming. Free street parking is subject to availability; there is no on-site parking. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed.

The home has a split-level, two-story layout. Direct staircase access to Currumbin's open waters is twenty steps from the driveway. There is no on-site parking; free street parking at the front is subject to availability.

No parties or commercial functions. Keep outdoor noise to a minimum and observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. Pets are not permitted. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Long-term stays are allowed. Terms and conditions apply.
