Small weddings are welcomed. Pool heat is optional for a $250 weekly surcharge. Discounted rental of cruiser bicycles, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards requires a signed waiver.
Getting there
The villa is directly oceanfront on a barefoot beach with direct beach access. The Kaibo Yacht Club and restaurant are a 1-minute walk away; Starfish Point is a short 5-minute walk west; Rum Point Club is a 10-minute walk north. Direct beach access is not nearby for people walking past the property. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available for discounted rental with free delivery, and a signed waiver is required.
