The villa has two main-level suites with ensuite bathrooms and a kitchenette, plus a lower-level King suite with a bathroom, full kitchen area, and private screened porch. The pool area includes a pool deck and a covered, enclosed cabana with a kitchenette, counter, and refrigerator. The property has trails, fruit trees, Fish Bay and Caribbean views, and exterior steps between levels and areas. An on-island team offers optional grocery stocking, rental jeeps, and private chef setup. Guests are met at the ferry dock and escorted to the villa for an orientation.

Weekly rates apply for 2–14 people, with an additional $35 per person per night for up to 22 people. A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge, and $550 cleaning fee apply. A $1,000 prepaid damage deposit is refunded 30 days after departure if no damage occurs. For Christmas/New Year arrivals on December 23, 24, or 25, a minimum number of nights may apply. Optional services include grocery stocking, rental jeeps, and private chef setup.
