Seasonal minimum stays are 5 nights from January 6 through April 15, 3 nights from April 16 through December 15, and 7 nights for the December 16 through January 5 Christmas/New Year period. Additional guests cost $35 per person per night. Arrivals on December 23, 24, or 25 may have an additional minimum-night requirement. A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge, $155 cleaning fee, and $59 non-refundable damage waiver apply. The damage waiver covers the first $500 in accidental damage when damage is reported while on the island; damage above $500 is the guest’s responsibility. The pullout sofa is described as sleeping up to two children.
Getting there
Cruz Bay is reached by a downhill walk; the return is uphill and steep in places. Taxis are recommended for the return. A jeep rental is recommended but not required. The condo is approximately 160 feet above Cruz Bay. Nearby beaches named in the listing include Trunk Bay, Honeymoon Beach, Hawksnest Beach, Cinnamon Bay, and Maho Bay; most are described as 10–20 minutes away by jeep.
