Early check-in is subject to room availability; guaranteed early check-in is subject to a one-night charge. Reception is open 24 hours. An extra bed costs THB 900 per bed per night, with a 50% discount for children aged 4–11. A baby cot is free. Children aged 4–11 sharing an existing bed with parents stay free; compulsory child breakfast costs THB 250 per child per day.

On Nut BTS station is the nearest station. Lotus's Sukhumvit 50 is approximately a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is approximately 35–50 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and 40–60 minutes from Don Muang Airport, depending on traffic.
