The 240-square-metre home is spread over five floors. Contemporary furnishings and neutral tones accompany an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The equipped kitchen has a large central island, an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A private landscaped garden has a paved dining terrace and pergola for outdoor meals.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, Bedroom 2 a double bed, and Bedroom 3 two single beds. Bedroom 5 has a double sofa bed. The sixth bedroom is on the second floor and has a single bed that replaced the nursery cot after the photoshoot. Three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and bathtubs are also available. Air conditioning serves every bedroom except Bedroom 5. Fans are provided between May and September for rooms that need them; please request fans for stays outside that period.

Facilities include free internet, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, sound system, hair dryer and towels. Children's books and toys, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. The home welcomes babies, toddlers and children.

Fulham offers shopping on Kings Road, farmers' markets and restaurants. Nearby attractions include Fulham Palace and its gardens, Stamford Bridge and Bishops Park, with tennis, basketball, sculpture gardens and meadows.

Parsons Green Station is a ten-minute walk away. The home occupies five floors and has no internal elevator. External CCTV cameras are installed outside the home; there are none inside. Neighbouring refurbishment was scheduled from August 2024 into 2025, with noise and activity during working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, and Saturday, 08:00–13:00.

Smoking and pets are not permitted. Babies, toddlers and children are welcome. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
