House rules
Children are welcome, but babies and toddlers are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace is ornamental. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
Two flights of stairs lead to the entrance, with no elevator. The communal hallway and entrance stairs are well worn. The home spans two floors without an internal elevator. The master bedroom is split-level with steps up to its ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom is down a few flights of stairs. The two larger windows in the second bedroom cannot be opened. Some street noise can be heard inside.
